The 2009-100 EET Formula grants and the ARRA Formula grants are expiring on September 30, 2011. The End of Period (EOP) expenditure report can be filed at any time once the grant has been fully expended or obligated but no later than September 30, 2011.

For ARRA grants the final payment is conditioned on all required ARRA Section 1512  and other state reporting requirements being met. The CDE ARRA Reporting and Data Collection system is scheduled to open on September 14 through 23 for the last reporting period. LEAs must have fully obligated the ARRA grants by the deadline.
