K-12 Voucher Program Update

The single remaining objector to the K-12 Voucher settlement has asked the California Supreme Court to review an earlier decision by the Court of Appeal. The Court has 60 days to decide whether it is interested in reviewing this matter, with a possible 30-day extension of that deadline. K-12 Vouchers can not be distributed to schools until all appeals are resolved.
RIMS CTAP will continue to provide updates on the K-12 Voucher program as we receive information from the Court and the California Department of Education.
