The focus of the Podcasting for K-12 Educators workshops is to learn how to incorporate podcasts into the K-12 curriculum to increase student engagement. Participants will explore the different types of podcasts and how they may be used to support the curriculum. By using a computer and microphone, participants will create and publish a podcast for enhancing a classroom lesson.

Olympus® Grants for Podcasting
Submitted by John Durham on Tue, 2007-05-08 08:49.The Olympus® company is offering podcasting grants for schools to help promote awareness of its podcasting offerings. Schools applying for the grant could win software and the digital media accessories needed to start a podcasting program.
