The purpose of the Data Coaching Academy is to increase student achievement in all student subgroups by applying data-driven decision-making across district, site, and classroom levels.

Technology Integration Coaching

The RIMS CTAP Technology Integration Coaching Program is a multi-day program that supports the use of research-based best practices in integrating technology into the standards-based curriculum, using a collaborative coaching model. The Coaching Program provides ongoing training for Technology Integration Coaches in leadership skills including best practices of technology integration, coaching and mentoring skills, classroom observation and modeling techniques, change process, and data-driven decision-making. RIMS CTAP supports coaches throughout the year with online discussion forums and face-to-face meetings to further hone skills and provide immediate feedback on observation data.
