Congratulations to Michael J. Grainger, our first Spotlight Teacher. Michael is a teacher in Palm Springs Unified School District, and has been a driving force with their EETT-Competitive Grant. The Region 10 RIMS CTAP Spotlight Teacher program is designed to recognize and share the work of exceptional teachers in the region who are successfully integrating technology in their classrooms.
