WTLN Logoelcome to the 2011-2012 Technology Leadership Network!

The CTAP Technology Leadership Network (TLN) provides a networking forum for technology and curriculum leaders and educators in Riverside and San Bernardino counties. We address timely and relevant issues that support a stronger understanding of curriculum, networking, and expertise in technology integration.

TLN will meet three times throughout the 2011-2012 school year. Agendas reflect current issues and emerging needs.

The January 24, 2012 TLN meeting will focus on Open Access.

January 24, 2012

With the increasing emphasis on online tools and digital curriculum called for in the Common Core, districts are grappling with providing sufficient access. Open Access allows student-owned devices (smart phones, pads, etc) to be used on campus for educational purposes. Come join us as site and district leaders share the processes they have gone through in designing a CIPA-compliant BYOD (bring your own device) policy, the technology tools they are using for authentication and monitoring, and the ways in which these policies are changing teaching and learning.

  • Networking   8:30 - 9:00
  • Vertical panel   9:00 - 12:00

Register Now for the January 24 TLN Meeting!
